It’s Time for a Plan

I was recently reading some health oriented research and was alarmed by the statistics. I was alarmed not only by the statistics but also at the fact that so many of the problems have real solutions both on the proactive and reactive side of things.

It frustrates me to know that so many people are literally suffering due to lack of knowledge and guidance. We have to connect more people to the real possibilities of living healthy. Just like we get taught to financially consider the future by saving and investing, we need similar strategies to apply to our health. Check this out.

By 2032 it is predicted that 1 in 2 kids will be on the autism spectrum.

By 2050 it is estimated that 1 in 3 people over 65 will have Alzheimer’s

By 2030 cancer rates are expected to jump another 55%

This should be shocking. The most important thing I want you to know is that you don’t have to be a victim. The “wait til I’m sick and cover it up with drugs” model is failing. We need to pour into our health.

Simple strategies of movement, nutrition, stress, adaptation and nerve system management could likely prevent 90+% of these things.

Get a plan. You and your family need a plan and strategy to be good stewards of your health. Health comes more naturally to your body than disease but you have to cultivate it. The systems of our world are making us sicker and sicker. We must deliberately cultivate health.

If you need help with this strategizing for you and your family, please let us know. We would be happy to help. A great doctor should be viewed more like a coach. They should be helping you become your best.

Be Blessed,

Dr Matt
